Caesar Dressing

Ingredient Guide

Caesar Dressing Recipes

Caesar dressing is a creamy, tangy pantry staple known for its bold mix of garlic, Parmesan, lemon, anchovy-style umami, and black pepper. While it is classic on romaine lettuce, it can do much more than finish a salad. Use Caesar dressing to add instant flavor to chicken wraps, grain bowls, pasta salads, roasted potatoes, sandwiches, and sheet-pan vegetables. Its richness makes it especially useful in quick weeknight recipes where you want a creamy sauce without building one from scratch. For best results, add Caesar dressing near the end of cooking or use it as a cold finishing sauce. Heating it too aggressively can cause the dressing to separate, but gentle warming or tossing with hot ingredients works well.
