Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over chicken slices and toss to coat.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
