Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut potatoes into wedges. Toss with 2 tsp olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, Frank’s hot sauce, Frank’s seasoning blend, salt and pepper. Mix gently and form into 2 patties.
  3. Heat remaining 2 tsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness. During the last minute, top each patty with Monterey Jack cheese and cover to melt.
  4. Toast potato buns in the skillet or oven until lightly golden.
  5. Spread buttermilk ranch dressing on the bottom half of each bun. Place the cheeseburger patty on top, then add crispy fried onions. Close with the top bun.
  6. Serve burgers with garlic potato wedges on the side. Enjoy!
