Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Slice the demi-baguette in half lengthwise.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the Italian seasoning, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Place the pork tenderloin in one oven-ready tray. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the pork.
  5. Arrange the broccoli florets around the pork in the same tray. Drizzle everything with 2 teaspoons of balsamic glaze.
  6. Place the baguette halves in the second oven-ready tray, cut side up.
  7. Put both trays in the oven. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and the broccoli is tender.
  8. Remove the trays from the oven. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  9. Drizzle the remaining balsamic glaze over the sliced pork. Serve with the roasted broccoli and garlic bread.

Recipe Tips

For extra crispy garlic bread, brush the cut sides of the baguette with olive oil before roasting.

Let the pork rest before slicing to keep it juicy.

Adjust chili flakes to your spice preference.
