Instructions

  1. Open the package of chopped chicken and drain any excess liquid. Heat sesame oil in a medium pan (or large pan for 4 servings) over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes.
  2. While the chicken cooks, empty the contents of the Asian chop salad kit into a large bowl. Drizzle with as much dressing as you like and toss to combine.
  3. Once the chicken is done, add the sesame ginger crunch to the pan and stir to combine. Turn off the heat. Add the orange sauce and stir to coat the chicken. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap the tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave until warm and pliable, 30-60 seconds. Gently crush the peanuts in their bag. Divide the tortillas among plates. Fill with the orange sesame chicken and top with as much salad as you like. Drizzle with Sriracha and sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Serve with any remaining salad on the side.

Recipe Tips

For extra heat, add more Sriracha to taste.

If you prefer a vegetarian version, substitute the chicken with tofu or tempeh.

Warm the tortillas just before serving to keep them pliable.

FAQ

Yes, you can substitute the chicken with shrimp, tofu or even ground pork. Adjust cooking time as needed.

How do I store leftovers?
