Recipe Tips
FAQ
Can I make this salad ahead of time?
It’s best enjoyed fresh, but you can prep the ingredients in advance. Store the dressing separately and toss just before serving to keep the lettuce crisp.
What can I substitute for prosciutto?
Try using cooked bacon, turkey bacon or omit it entirely for a vegetarian version.
Is there a dairy-free option?
Yes, skip the Parmesan or use a dairy-free alternative. The dressing is already dairy-free.
